Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a global structure to manage and reduce social, economic, and environmental difficulties. This study aims to compare the implementation of SDGs in developed and developing countries, identify country-specific barriers to achieving SDGs and ensuring human rights, and recommend strategies to enhance SDG implementation and human rights compliance. This Study is based on secondary sources, including UN SDG reports, peer-reviewed national and international journals, government index reports from various countries, and official SDG progress reports, this study employs an analytical approach to examine historical milestones, development structures, and challenges in SDG implementation. Conclusions suggest that developing countries emerging economies have high rankings, internal inequalities, dependence on imported technologies, and carbon outsourcing often obscure real progress. In contrast, new, community-based solutions have been demonstrated in developing countries like India, Brazil and Bangladesh-including digital public goods, hunger programs and health initiatives-which provide relevant lessons globally. The study emphasizes the importance of result-based evaluation, showing that the quality of the partnership should be measured by tangible results, such as a decrease in poverty, better educational access and environmental effects, instead of participation in international forums. In addition, two-way knowledge exchange, strengthened local institutions, and reference-specific intervention are important for addressing the interval.
