Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the Interdisciplinary Finance and Development Journal (IFDJ) undergo a double-blind peer review process.

Each submission is first evaluated by the editorial team to assess its relevance, originality, and compliance with the journal’s scope. Manuscripts that pass this initial screening are then sent to at least two independent expert reviewers in the relevant field.

The review process is double-blind, meaning that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the evaluation process.

Reviewers assess manuscripts based on:

  • scientific quality and originality
  • methodological rigor
  • relevance to the journal’s scope
  • clarity of presentation and contribution to the field

Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editorial board makes the final decision to accept, request revisions, or reject the manuscript.

The journal ensures fairness, confidentiality, and academic integrity throughout the peer review process.

Publication Frequency

The journal publishes semiannual (january-july) regular issues, as well as special issues dedicated to specific thematic topics.

Scientific Orientation

IFDJ emphasizes academic rigor, scientific innovation, and the relevance of research in addressing contemporary challenges in economic and financial development.
